Consultation and Liability

Consultation:

I would like to be able to meet the family members before the vacation, to be able to get a feel for what services will be needed. As well as how the key and payment will be dealt with. This way we can get to know one another and discuss the plans you have for me to do while your away.

Liability

·       Will not be held liable for anything that happens to your animal, will need to let me know what animal hospital pet goes too and an emergency number to contact you, if for some reason pet needs to see a doctor.

Forms

  • Some forms we would like you to fill out to keep for our records!! We will bring forms over for you to fill out during the consultation. If your a regular client, you will not have to go through this process since we already have your paperwork on file.  

 

 

Rates and Services

 

 DOGS

$22.00: A day for one dog.

$30.00: A day for 2 or more dogs.

    These rates include morning and evening visits, feeding, watering, loving, walking, and even medicating if needed. Other services can be added on depending on individual cases.

 CATS

$12.00: A day for one cat.

$15.00: A day for 2 or more cats.

    These rates include morning and evening visits, feeding, watering, playing and even medicating if needed. Other services can be added on depending on individual cases.

Other Services

  • Depending on distance, may be an additional $3.00 fuel fee.
  • Extra Walk- $5.00 a day (no matter how many dogs)
  • Other Services will differ from case to case.
